Date paste is made exclusively from dates. At Bernabé Biosca Alimentación, we first select the soft dates and then grind them until we obtain a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Being pure crushed date, it retains all the properties of this fruit. Our date paste is very sweet, has notes of caramel and honey, with a rich and natural flavor profile.
