Deglet Nour

All our dates of the variety Deglet Nour are originating from Tunisia. The macro-climatic conditions of the Tunisian oasis, which allow the exquisite combination of a Mediterranean sun in the tops of the date palm, together with fresh and pure waters from which they drink their roots, produce a fruit of unique taste and supreme quality. The harvest of Deglet Nour begins in mid-October and lasts one month. When fully mature, it is a golden, translucent and shiny date with a sweet and slightly mellow taste.

Our Deglet Nour dates on Branch come from the palm grove of Kebili, known for the quality of its fruits. In Kebili, dates are usually larger and juicier.

On branch dates are not treated, they dry naturally on the palm tree and are harvested according to their moisture percentage. From then on, we make sure that only the best quality branches are packed.

The Natural Deglet Nour EL MONAGUILLO come from the palm grove of Kebili and the other palm groves located around the Chott El Jerid, a large Tunisian salt lake.

These dates are 100% natural, provided that no preservatives are added.

Our processed Deglet Nour Dates are from Kebili as well as the other palm groves located around the Chott El Jerid.

The dates are selected, washed, hydrated and dried. We apply a conservation treatment and can pit them according to the demand.
