The Deglet Nour is the queen variety in the Tunisian Sahara and the emblem of the nutritional diet of the Berber people. The macro-climatic conditions of the Tunisian oasis, that allow the exquisite combina-tion of a dry tropical sun on the tops of the date palm, along with the fresh and pure water from where their roots drink, produce a product of unique taste and supreme quality.
Natural Deglet Nour Pitted Dates loose from the branches once selected, according to rating, humidity and texture. Then, they are pitted in our factory.
