The Management, as the chief responsible for BERNABÉ BIOSCA ALIMENTACIÓN, S.A.U, a company that since its creation in 1919 has been dedicated to the storage, repackaging and distribution of dehydrated/dried fruits, is committed to creating, applying, maintaining and continuously improving the Food Safety and Quality Management System based on FSSC 22000, to meet customer requirements and industry regulations and standards, and comply with the obligation to manufacture safe and legal products in accordance with food safety and specified quality, and develop procedures and documents that enable the commitments made.
The following guidelines are set out:
- To achieve the satisfaction of the client’s needs, through personalized treatment and permanent attention.
- Continuous improvement in process performance and service adequacy provided.
- Ensure the competence of our staff by promoting continuing training and providing the necessary resources.
- The provision of resources to ensure an optimal working environment on the premises, maintaining the ethics and commitment that has accompanied the company since its creation in all areas.
- Commitment to reduce food loss and waste within the organization and in the related supply chain.
- Promote and encourage the development of effective communication with all parties (suppliers, customers and workers) in order that their actions and the actions of others are based on relationships which guarantee their ethical and personal responsibility.
- Control of our product, process and specifications, in all stages, from its initial approach to sale to our customers, offering a safe product, and ensuring compliance with the legal requirements applicable to it.
This Corporate Policy is available to employees and persons who may act on behalf of the company. Every year, this policy moves to the objectives of quality and food safety, making these guidelines measurable realities.
