Our establishment, near the production area of Jerid, has more than 1.5 million date palms and allows us to guarantee a product in accordance with our quality standards.
All our farmers adhere to a set of rigorous production standards to preserve the quality of our products. The size, appearance, freshness, moisture content and microbiological values are checked by our controllers to ensure that only top-quality dates are integrated into the production process.
RIGOROUS ANALYSIS
Our rigorous quality analysis plan is one of the key elements in food safety management, with which we can check and control products at each stage of production, allowing a very high reactivity.
This ensures that after each of the different operations of the production process, the product retains all its natural characteristics, nutritional quality, microbiological quality and sensory quality.
CERTIFICATION
For us, quality is a permanent and daily commitment. Our food safety and quality policy allow us to guarantee a high level of food safety through the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety and Quality Management System based on the FSSC 22000 standard, recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).
Our factories in Tunisia are also IFS FOOD and BRC certified, where more than 10 qualified food safety techniques ensure that our products are made according to these standards.
To adapt to the demand of some markets, a significant part of our products has HALAL and KOSHER certifications. We also offer organic products. These products reflect our commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.
